Procedure reservation: When booking a procedure, the client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final procedure price.
Remaining balance: The remaining 50% is payable in cash on the day of the procedure before it begins.
Cancellation or rescheduling: The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling less than 5 business days before the procedure, a cancellation fee of up to the full deposit amount may be charged.
Payment for the following procedures is due in cash on the day of the appointment:

Cancelling appointments: Appointments may be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance, by phone or e-mail.
The clinic reserves the right to change the date of an examination or procedure for organisational or medical reasons. In such cases the client will be offered an alternative date.
Prices for all procedures are available on request or listed in the current price list at the clinic.
By making a booking, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
